Fazer is the largest chocolate and bread company in Finland, in 2021 I worked with the “Ateljé Sotamaa” studio in Helsinki on the renovation of its visitor center. The entire exhibition is based on the sensory experience of the user who, looking at the various installations present, understands the vision of the company.
The first installation I worked on was this hydroponic wall. The difficult job was to portray this complex irrigation system as simply as possible. The person facing the installation has no perception of the complexity ofthe system inside.
The five viewers that make up the work contain a screen that shows the process of different Fazer products.The user must approach the installation and literally enter it to discover its interior. The concept of the workwas based on the surprise effect that occurs when you realize what is inside the cones
This table has two main objectives: to hide the projector inside it and to support a screen where video games will be installed.With this geometric solution, the two players on each table have their own personal space and at the same time they will never see the projector placed under the table.
This 16 meter long space was filled with figures printed on laser cut foam. The goal of this installation is to reconstruct a jungle where the cocoa for the company’s chocolate bars comes from. The entire work was handpainted on A3 sheets and then scanned and modified with Illustrator and Photoshop
